At 10 a.m. this morning, CNET announced the 30 finalists across 10 categories for the overall “Best of CES” awards. The 10 categories are Car Tech/GPS, Cell/Smart Phones, Computers and Hardware, Digital Photo and Video, Emerging Technologies, Gaming, Home Audio, Home Video, MP3 Players and Televisions. While Intel’s products were not directly mentioned, if you take a look at all three nominees in the Computers and Hardware category, you will notice that Intel Core 2 Duo plays a prominent role:
Gateway P-170 FX,
HP Pavilion Slimline s3300, and
Lenovo IdeaPad U110.
As far as my own vote goes, I am torn between the
3DV ZCam and the
Alienware Curved Display.
