This week, Intel is holding two “Ask an Expert” sessions for “Creating Designs using Platform Designer.”  Platform Designer is the system integration tool found in the Intel® Quartus® Prime development software for Intel® FPGAs. Platform Designer simplifies the task of defining and integrating custom IP components into your FPGA design.

During this week’s “Office Hours” events, you can come and ask questions or discuss techniques with other designers who are using the Platform Designer tool. These are not a canned Webcasts where information only flows one way. They're interactive discussions with Intel experts about the Platform Designer tool. No matter what your experience level, you are welcome to come and ask any questions you like.

These “Office Hours” sessions will be run by Steven Strell. He has worked in the Intel FPGA Training group for 13 years. His specialty areas include the hardware design tools found in the Intel Quartus Prime development software, such as Platform Designer, and debugging tools like the Signal Tap Embedded logic analyzer.

Please come to this “Office Hours” session and ask Steve your burning questions about creating FPGA designs using Platform Designer.
