Jenifer Verdery

Jenifer Verdery is the director of workforce policy and manages immigration policy at Intel Corporation. Jenny directs lobby and policy activities in Congress and the Administration, and helps on a variety of issues relating to the movement of international personnel. She joined Intel in 1996 and has worked in the field of labor law and workforce policy since 1989.

Prior to joining Intel, Jenny was the executive director of the American Business for Legal Immigration Coalition, providing direction to over 200 companies and professional associations concerned about legal employment-based immigration. This coalition is now Compete America. She has also served as a senior policy analyst for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, where she directed the advocacy activities on employment-based immigration for the association and provided representation to local and national coalitions.
