My Internet Delight -- MIDs @ CES2008

posted by Ken Kaplan on January 13, 2008

Prior to CES, Intel’s Uday Keshavdas posted a quick story letting people know that a cool collection of new MIDs, Mobile Internet Devices, would be inside the Intel Booth. The night before CES started, Tom Foremski told me at the PodTech BlogHaus that he got to see an MID on the blogger bus ride from the Bay Area. And sure enough, CNBC’s Jim Goldman showed off a MID and talked about them when he sat down with Intel CEO Paul Otellini.

Then on Day Two of CES, Uday followed up with another blog post affirming why so many people were eager to see the new designs. So I had to see and hear from Uday for myself. Here are the darling devices of CES 2008 in this video.
