Next Stop – Dallas, Texas!

Note from the blog manager: Michelle, currently a Hiring Events Program Manager at Intel, is traveling to some exciting U.S. cities this summer! Have you been keeping up with her? Atlanta and Austin and Chicago, oh my! She heads back to the mighty state of Texas to see what talent Dallas has to offer—could that be you?

Michelle here again – my summer as a Hiring Events Program Manager continues! Chicago was great. We interviewed a lot of great engineers and managed to make some time for that famous Chicago pizza too! It was also surprisingly cooler than expected and after hearing all of the horror stories, I’m proud to say that I survived the airport!

We’ll be in Dallas this week on August 19th. I’m hoping to meet some great Software and Hardware talent, who’ll be interested in relocating to the great cities Intel is in. In case this if your first time reading my blog – remember – if you’ve ever considered relocating and have the skills we are hiring for, then this is your chance to be interviewed face-to-face by Intel hiring managers. No planes or travelling; we’re coming to you – how much easier could it be? Just submit your resume or Candidate Profile–or send me a paragraph about what you do. It doesn’t need to be formal and let’s talk!

Visit our Intel Dallas Hiring Event page to learn more about the positions we are hiring for, the great cities where we have job opportunities, and how to apply. We’ll contact you with more details about the event after you apply.

By the way, my next & final stop this summer will be Hudson, MA. Stay tuned for my next post!

So how about Albuquerque, New Mexico?! I worked in Automation @ Intel in New Mexico from 1996 to 2007 and loved it!! – even more, I would like to come back. I’ve submitted my resume. Can anyone tell me what else I can do to make this a reality??

Hi Suzi! Please check http://www.intel.com/jobs regularly for positions in New Mexico that are a match with your skills, experience, and interests and apply for them so that the recruiter for that position will see your resume. As new positions open they will be posted. Also, if you still have friends who are at Intel, ask them to keep an eye out and/or to submit you through the Employee Referral Program as well. Good luck!
