Profile: Perry L. Gruber

Perry Gruber is Intel’s Community Solutions Program and Communications Manager. In addition to managing a portfolio of his own CSR projects he is responsible for the the day-to-day program and communication operations of Intel’s Community Solutions program(www.intel.com/community/solutions) worldwide. Before his current role, Perry served Intel as the Community Relations Manager for the state of Oregon. His 24-year public affairs career includes serving as the spokesperson for a large US electric power marketing agency in the Northwest United States, and as a journalist, editor and public affairs spokesperson for the United States Marine Corps. And while he’s terrible with potted plants, pets and numbers, he does hold a BA in Business Ethics and Organizational Leadership from George Fox University and is currently wrapping up his MBA education at same said institution. In his free time Perry enjoys writing, painting, riding his bicycles, meditation, excercise, good tea and road trips.
