Fab 68面向2008年毕业大学生的校园招聘接近尾声。就像此前计划的一样，我们只会招聘很少量的大学应届毕业生（RCGs）。此次招聘活动，将使我们更好地了解应聘者的水平，校正大学校园应聘者对英特尔的兴趣，并测试我们自己的内部招聘系统，以在下一年度更好地为Fab 68实施员工招聘计划。
在此，我很高兴地向大家说，我们在这个过程学到了很多东西。当然大学生们应聘的热情很高，我也清楚我们让许多人失望了，只因为此次招聘计划所提供的职位数量非常有限。但在这个过程中我们的确学到了很多东西，现在我们掌握了很多信息，有助于我们为08~09的招聘活动建立一个更好的系统。
明年，我们的招聘目标会非常地高。我们的业务和人力资源团队正在积极筹划明年的招聘计划，当前我们预计需要招聘超过200名大学毕业生，才能确保Fab 68的顺利投产。
Fab 68在大连有着长久的承诺，每一天，我们都在接近这一蓝图。我们也热切期待着通过2008年的招聘，与大连本地和中国的大学建立长期的合作伙伴关系，以满足我们更长远的人力资源需要。

Learning from case is great idea for both individual candidates and developing companies. As to Intel DaLian, hoping the RCGs experience could finetune its recruite system; and as to the interviewee, hoping everybody could do really learned a lot from the case, and also could be more mature to face the encountered difficulties bravely & directly.
Dear Kirby, I’m a postgraduate student studying in Beijing majored in semiconductor material and my cirriculum is a two-year program. What I want to know most is will you treat us equally with gradutes taking the 2.5 and 3 years program. Thank you!
Intel must have its own standard to hire fresh graduate. I believe guys will understand it. Such as Cisco,IBM,AMD,Infenion..etc…they all have their selection standard. it’s like a principle for company recruitment.

When the time comes to look for positions relevant to your experience we will consider all resumes in our database and select those with the best match to our specific need for further consideration.
Also as I have previously stated we are in the process of looking for experienced department managers, and there is interviewing going on currently for those positions. We are looking for very experienced and capable technology managers. There is some phone screening going on and there will be some interviews in the coming weeks.
We will be hiring more recent college graduates in the fall of 2008.

英特尔在大连建厂真的是“一石激起千层浪”，许多人都希望到这样一家跨国企业，当然本人也有此想法，哪怕是当一名普通的操作工人。可是我想奉劝求职的同学还是踏实些、冷静些。作为一名土生土长的大连人，我想说，在大连经济技术开发区成立初期，大批的外资企业进驻也如现在的Intel一样让人兴奋，像Canon、Pfizer、Toshiba等等，现如今本人也在一家外资企业。可是随着外商对中国国情进一步了解，以及全球经济的萎缩，大连外企员工的待遇也逐步缩水，更主要的是不同文化所表现的工作方法，以及对待工作态度上的差异，会让刚步入社会的同学感到极大的压力。虽说是外资企业是在用国外的理念管理，可最终还要实行本土化，这就好比一个“混血儿”，让人看着既顺眼又不顺眼。所以不要一味的好高骛远，把起点放低一些为好，多积累工作经验和社会经验。
最后，还是要感谢Intel选择了大连，希望Intel未来在大连的发展一帆风顺！
能透露一下INTEL未来的工厂计划吗?网上的仍然是2006年的,新墨西哥的FAB11,加州的D2已经关闭,科罗拉多的FAB23则计划出售,剩余的200MM FAB,INTEL是怎么打算的?哪些准备转化为300MM?200MM FAB无法用于60NM以后的工艺.

It is pity that I haven’t served the Intel project during MITAC till now.
Now, I am still focus on Dot hill storage which ship to HP.
but,I am homesick, I have to return back to my home town and stay my last and half life in Dalian city one day.
