创业就业谈两"I"
前些日参加了复旦大学一个创业论坛。随后赴上海交大招聘。得与将毕业的青年交流，时光彷佛倒流了二三十年，好不畅快。
当今正是一个充满机会的大时代。无论青年们选择创业或就业，应是处处有蓝海，路路通罗马。在交谈中同学们最关心的是选何事业最能快速地成功。虽然罗马不是一天可成，亲朋的期盼，世俗的眼光，媒体的报导，可能让青年们强烈地感受到急富速成的压力。
其实事业的选择应在两个”I”——Income（收入）和Interest（兴趣）之间好好地权衡。最完美的选择应是既符合个人兴趣又有足够的收入，最不幸的选择自然是全不符个人兴趣又收入极微。比较困难的情形通常发生于必须在两”I”之间作一抉择。兴趣乎？收入乎？何为先？我想年轻就是本钱。无论阁下以何为先，只要记住日后不断地寻求两”I”间的平衡，自有快乐成功的人生。
人生只活一回。在今日急富速成的环境压力下，聪明的你可别轻易地割舍自身的兴趣。祝愿天下青年们，在这无限机会的大时代，充满着喜悦大大地成功！

There is one way to balance the interest and income. Any project need both money and interest. Also your personal prject is also same. every start is hard. you have to use 4 years university time to think about what is your favorite and interest. And spend 5 years to accumulate your first project investment and register a company which will investigate and research your project. and transfer the prdocut with another company and share the the income for your next project. and continue invetigate your new ideal, keep moving..that’s the best way for this.
