I’a a doctorate student and my major is materail physics.My reseach area is synthesis and characterization of carbon nanotubes. I will graduate in 2008. As the requirement of Lab Analytical Engineer, I can operate skilly on many analytical and experimental tools such as TEM, SEM, PECVD, PVD, AFM, and etc. Also, I interpret their machanisms well. Hi Noyceliu, we do accept CV’s on line, and I encourage you to submit yours that way. We will be evaluating the resumes that we receive on line, and from that based on experience level and academic excellence our recruiters and hiring managers will select the candidates with the most.

Dear kirby, I am a doctrate student in institute of physics,chinese academy of science and my major is material physics.my research interest is “growth, characteristics and device properties of semiconductor nanostructures”.There are two main parts:one is “synthesis and characteristics of semiconductor nanostructures”, which focuses on synthesizing semiconductor nanomaterials with CVD and characterizing the samples by SEM,TEM(withED,EELS,EDS),XRD,Raman,XPS,PL,AFM;The other is “characteristics of semiconductor nanostructure devices”,which focuses on utilizing the EBL(Raith 150) and W-B(Delvotec,F&K5430) to fabricate the prototype of semiconductor nanoFETs and measuring the electronic characteristic of the devices.I can speak and write in english fluently.Also, I am good at analyzing and resolving the problems that I meet in experiments with my knowledge,experience and tools.I really want to join the Fab68 and I’m sure I’m the one whom Fab68 is looking for.

科比 杰斐逊先生，您好,谢谢您的答复.一段时间里,一直在关注Fab68的招聘消息.有一个问题,很大一部分的研究生将在2008年的3或4月份毕业,你们的招聘却大部分集中在2008年8月份和年底。中国的习惯是，学生在毕业之前就要找到工作单位。因为学生毕业之后,学校会把很多东西转交给用人单位.如果很想工作在Fab68,等待你们8月份的招聘,要冒很大的风险。如果现在面试一份工作并被录用，等到8月再到fab68面试又会面临诚信的问题。

But the open positions were not suitable for doctoral students majored in Material Science Engineering as me. Hello Kirby, Thank you for your reply, it really helps us to know about fab68. Now i am an reliability engineer. My position is to provide the product reliability test plan,especially in HALT(Highly Accelerated Life Testing), and provide failure analysis. My major in university is material science and major in semiconductor. Does Intel fab68 need such position for chip reliability or the like >? Thank you & expecting your message.
